Fermin is a Michigan and New York licensed attorney, specializing in areas of corporate and securities law. Prior to founding FM Legal, he served as an attorney for several large Michigan law firms, where he counseled clients on a variety of matters including general corporate law, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and intellectual property. Fermin regularly provides companies and entrepreneurs advice on employee onboarding, related employment matters, intellectual property strategy, intellectual property licensing and commercialization, the sale of securities, and various other business considerations.
